Summer 2025 - National Conference for Keyboard Pedagogy (NCKP)
From July 23rd-26th, I traveled with another colleague from the Rochester Piano Teachers’ Guild to Chicago, to immerse myself in the latest innovations, music, and ideas in the field of piano pedagogy. I cannot begin to describe how affirming it is to share a space with like-minded pianists and teachers from all over the country (and a few from overseas, too!), facing the same questions about our value and impact in an ever-changing landscape.
